For over three decades, I worked as a registered nurse, home care manager, and certified case manager - sitting at kitchen tables, hospital bedsides, and care planning meetings with families navigating the hardest chapters of their lives. Then life asked me to live it too. I walked my own mother and aunt through multiple transitions and multiple care settings. I know this from both sides.
That experience taught me something no real estate course ever could: people don't just need a transaction. They need someone who listens, who moves with both urgency and grace, and who treats their home - and their story - with genuine respect.
